Canadian trained registered massage therapist. Currently in the process with Tafe SA transferring credentials over.

Each massage treatment is tailored to meet the individual’s unique needs and will consist of an interview, assessment, hands-on treatment, reassessment post-treatment, and homecare plan.

Hello Adelaide! My name is Katie and I’m a Canadian Remedial Massage therapist. I’ve recently relocated to Adelaide from Vernon, BC Canada. I have 3 years of education in massage therapy and 10+ years of experience. I am also currently student in my 2nd year of University for Physiotherapy.

I use a combination of assessments/modalities to offer a client focused treatment style.

My goals are to focus on any injuries or complaints but also to create a safe space to relax & heal. Some of my techniques include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, swedish massage, and deep tissue.
