Katie is a Canadian trained Remedial Massage Therapist who graduated from OVCMT in Vernon, BC in 2019. She previously studied holistic massage in Vancouver, BC in 2011 and has over 14+ years of experience in massage therapy.

Katie relocated from Canada to Australia in September 2022 and is excited to call Adelaide her new home. She is currently entering her fourth year of full-time study at UniSA, pursuing an Honours degree in Physiotherapy. Passionate about continuous learning, she is dedicated to expanding her expertise in manual therapies to provide the best possible care for her clients.

Katie’s treatment approach is client-centered, tailoring assessments and manual therapy to each individual’s needs and goals. She integrates a variety of techniques, including myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, positional release, neuromuscular therapy (NMT), deep tissue, Swedish and relaxation massage.

Outside of work, Katie loves staying active and being in nature. Whether running or hiking, she spends as much time outdoors as possible. While she misses snowboarding and skiing in the Canadian mountains, she is eager to explore all that Adelaide has to offer.
